It's hard to get me super impressed but this company just did that on a visit. My AC seemed dead and blower not running. A different company came two days and diagnosed a bad circuit board for a $850 cost. Technician Jimmy just came in and got the unit back to normal in less than 30 minutes. You gotta love a technician that reads the old wiring diagram for colors and connections. He found wiring issues on the main unit and up to the thermostat. He talked through everything as it was happening and gave me both trust in what he was doing and doubt about the other company's diagnosis.
